• Low Glycemic Study Project, Of Arogya Health Care Pvt Ltd (Apr 2002 - Dec 2002) Participated and developed, a functional food for Diabetes mellitus, now patented as PhytoDianutra. In this project various traditional cereals and pulses were studied about their nutritional, and low glycemic response values and a unique process is developed based on Traditional functional food recipes.
